Let’s get you ready to meet your short and long-term goals. 1:1 coaching now starts with a 6-month package to help you stay accountable for the goals and habits you commit to. With weekly sessions to track your progress with applying mental skills, we’ll make quick adjustments to spend more time making progress rather than feeling like you’re stuck in the same place of frustration.

Dr. Rachel works directly with the athlete to identify the obstacles that delay them from reaching their goals. After learning specific mental skills to target their progress, Dr. Rachel provides accountability and adjustments to keep improvements consistent.

I block 45 minutes for every athlete, but each individual session may vary between 30-45 minutes depending on the athlete’s desired topics for that day. This allows for flexibility to the athlete’s goals and schedule. Some sessions, we accomplish everything more quickly, allowing the athlete to regain time in their day and not feel they need to stick around if they’re ready to move forward with their information from the session.

Our thoughts and actions are an accumulation of habits built up over long periods—years, even! Breaking down destructive habits and replacing them with actions that set us up for success takes time. Across the 6 months of coaching, Dr. Rachel will provide accountability support, adjustments based on the athlete’s application of skills, and ideas on how to manage upcoming challenges. This type of custom support can only be successful over a prolonged period to ensure these new habits are sticking.

While the plan is for 4 sessions per month, I am happy to adjust sessions for all of life’s curveballs.

I welcome all questions whenever they arise! I know that nerves may strike at random, inopportune times, like the day before a big match. That’s why I provide 24/7 access to contact me via the Voxer app. We can text or send voice memos so I can understand the situation you are in and give you ideas to apply various mental skills to navigate with confidence.

I have worked with people in athletics, business, academics, and the military, to help them craft a positive mindset and build confidence in their abilities. After identifying potential limiting beliefs, fears, and concerns, you'll learn unique mental skills that highlight specific actions to overcome your obstacles. Individual coaching is a fantastic tool for anyone looking to reach higher performance doing what they love.

24 1:1 SESSIONS across 6 months, equating to 4 sessions/mo.
20-MIN PARENT CALLS each month to discuss progress and areas for growth.
GOAL TRACKER to update and adjust as we progress throughout our sessions.
CUSTOM PLANS of applicable mental skills and worksheets to address goals.
UNLIMITED ACCESS between sessions and parent calls via the Voxer app to collaborate on ideas, goals, and concerns.
