  • All group coaching sessions will be recorded and available to participants to review later.

  • Voxer is an app that allows direct communication with Rachel in between coaching sessions. I want you and your athletes to be able to ask questions as soon as they arise, which can happen at any time. Sometimes, they might be feeling nervous the day before a big game. Voxer access allows for additional support so your athlete can make corrections immediately and feel more prepared to handle every challenge between group calls.

  • The Essentials Package includes various tools and resources for your athlete to practice and apply the mental skills covered in the group coaching sessions. This includes a journal and pen for notes and homework, a book of reflective journal prompts, tools for practicing intentional breathing, and other little goodies.

  • Each month will have an overall theme. Athletes will be asked to consider challenges in their sport related to this theme and then learn mental skills specific to managing their mindset.

    • Month 1: Goal Setting

    • Month 2: Managing Mistakes

    • Month 3: Confidence

    • Month 4: Routines

    • Month 5: Group Choice!

  • All Group Coaching sessions will be held on Zoom. Participants will be in a private Google Classroom for communications, access to worksheets and recordings, and their personal goal tracker.
